R. Hyrum Savage

(Chief Executive Officer - email)

Hyrum lives in Los Angeles, CA and has been gaming for over 15 years. His hobbies include RPG's, science fiction and fantasy novels, online gaming, and his wife and children. He has many years of college, but no degree. His interests include: Mythology, Cultural Anthropology, Political Science, and the Weird and Strange. His first RPG was D& D, he then moved on to AD& D and beginning in High School he discovered a host of other games. They include: GURPS, White Wolf, Hero System, Cyberpunk, Shadowrun, Earthdawn, Mekton, Castle Falkenstein, Legend of the Five Rings, Rune Quest, Call of Cthulhu, MERP, Rolemaster, Chill, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay (of which he was a playtester), and too many others to name. The world of Diomin is something that has been stewing in the back of his head for years, and with the advent of the d20 system, he and Chad partnered up to bring Diomin to life.

Hyrum's favorite (Not necessarily his views) quotes:

  • "Evil is relative.... You can't hang a sign on it. you can't touch it, or taste it, or cut it with a sword. Evil depends on where you are standing, pointing your indicting finger."-- Lady to Croaker - The Black Company by Glen Cook
  • "The rank and file are usually much more primitive than we imagine. Propaganda must therefore always be essentially simple and repetitious."-- Joseph Goebbels
  • Those who would repeat the past must control the teaching of history.-- Bene Gesserit Coda
