OK, for these stats, there are certain assumptions:

Humans: Make them equal to d20 humans in spite of size difference.  We have to have a control. Total: 60 Points.

For Arak:  +2 Con, -2 Int.  +1 Str in males, +1 Dex due to experience with uneven terrain. -1 to Cha due to tendency to piss off other races, with a +1 offset in females because they're cute. Total:  61/61 Points.

The Gadianti:  I contacted James.  +2 Dex, -2 Cha.  Added one to Dex for "catlike grace".  +/-1 to Str and Wis for sex differences. Total:  61/61 Points.

(NOTE: Frankly, I would like to give the Gadianti an additional point in strength or constitution or both.  It would give added reason why the Gadianti are so damn bad in spite of being horribly outnumbered by the other races in combination.  Perhaps to offset this somewhat, we could lower intelligence by one as well. Just a thought. Use it in your games as a rule vairiant if you like.)

The Gnolaum:  -2 Str, +2 Wis, +2 Cha.  I offset the str loss with larger average size, and countered with -1 dex for the same reason.  Added one to intelligence due to experience with superior tooling and techniques. Total: 63/63 Points.

The Hearthom: I took percentage averages of the other races based on likely population distribution:  60% humans, 35% gadianti, 4% gnolaum, and 1% Arak, then applied racial bonuses, and added 0.7 to Charisma to counteract the lack of being Gadianti any more J.  +2 Str, -2 Dex, +2 Wis. Total: 63/63 Points.
